Alternators and Generators

( At 1500 RPM w/ Voltmeter across battery )

MG -- Lucas Alt w/ internal regulator ------ Ground the metal strap on the regulator or the Green wire.

MG -- Lucas Generator ---------------------- Connect a jumper between the "F" field and "D" terminal on the generator and run it direct to a Battery (+) terminal.

Mazda --------------------------------------------------- Leave Regulator connected and add jumper from "F" to (+)

VW -- Bosch Alternator --------------------- Connect a jumper between the "F" field and (+) terminal on the generator and run it direct to a Battery (+) terminal.

VW -- Bosch Generator --------------------- Connect a jumper to "F" field to (-) ground and a test lead from (+) on Gen to (+) Battery.

Fiat - 850 & 124 Magnetti Morelle Alt. --- Connect a jumper from #30 to #67 on Alt. and from #30 to (+) Battery

Fiat - 124 Magnetti Morelle Generator ----- Connect a jumper from #51 to #67 on Alt. and from #51 to (+) Battery

Datson & Subaru Hatachi Alt. -------------- Connect a jumper from "F" to "A" on Alt. and from "A" to (+) Battery

Datson, Colt & Mazda Mitsubishi Alt. -- Connect a jumper from "F" to "A" on Alt. and from "A" to (+) Battery

Currier & Pantera Motorcraft Alt. ------- Connect a jumper from "F" to "B+" on Alt. and from "B+" to (+) Battery

Toyota Nippondenso Alt. ------------------------- Connect a jumper from "F" to "B+" on Alt. and from "B+" to (+) Battery

Renault, Simca & Volvo SEV Alt. ------- Connect a jumper from "DF" to "B+" on Alt. and from "B+" to (+) Battery
