Sept. 96                           "Tis The Season"

I t’s that time of year once again. You know, the kids are back in school, the nights are cooler, the leaves are falling. It is the season convertibles and motorcycles were made for. Car shows abound and there is something going on almost every weekend. I hope everyone can take advantage of the beautiful Tennessee fall weather and spend some quality time with their cars. First there
is the Austin-Healey Club Meet the 19th-21st in Franklin. The next weekend is the show in Sevierville. Then the Scottish Highland Games being held in Murfreesboro in October will be a great outing and I would like to see a good turn out for this show. Please read the story on page 2 and try to make it out if possible. The following weekend is the Memphis show. There have been virtually no hotel rooms available since August so I hope you made your reservations early. Then our tour on the 19th. The Chattanooga club sent us the flyer for their Nov. 1st show. Then there is Road Atlanta’s Track Days event Thanksgiving weekend. Well you get the picture. Get out there and enjoy your car!
