This page is under construction, but some of the special effects section is complete and best viewed in Internet Explorer. This page will also have a basic training class on web page construction using Netscape Composer and a few other programs. Most of these programs are free and you will be told where to obtain them. For now feel free to browse through the special effects in the menu.
